Orders shipped to a location within the contiguous U.S.:

With a retail value up to $399.99, shipping is $10.
With a retail value of $400 or more, shipping will be free.
Local pickup is available at select locations close to sceotsy warehouses for $4.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Guam and Puerto Rico) and APO/FPO addresses:

With a retail value up to $199.99, shipping is $20.
With a retail value of $200 or more, shipping will be 10% of the product total.
Lifetime replacement warranty

sceotsy products come with a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product is damaged in shipping from sceotsy, has a manufacturing defect, or an electrical issue, it may be returned with no limitation in time, to your Independent Consultant for repair or replacement.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it in resalable condition to your Independent Consultant for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. sceotsy does not offer refunds.

Air Purifier are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any sceotsy Air Purifier, sceotsy Go or sceotsy Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care within six months of purchase will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at sceotsy’s discretion at no cost to you. After six months, sceotsy will replace any of these products due to manufacturer defects, but will require a processing fee.
